Personal Information We Collect

On some areas of our site you are prompted to provide us with personal information or information about other people, businesses or organizations -for example, when you register for an event, apply to be a volunteer, apply to host a weekend, share your testimony, make a donation, or register to receive newsletters. Also, some areas of our site may require personal information before access is granted. The types of personal information collected at these pages vary, but may include the following kinds of general information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Credit/Debit Card Information
  • (etc.)

We may from time to time give users the opportunity to participate in online surveys to provide feedback on aspects of our ministry. These surveys are always optional and data collected in them will only be used in aggregate. Data collected this way helps us to better understand how people respond to our ministry efforts and how those efforts might be improved.

Included in our application for Keryx in Community weekends is a media release form. Any photo or video taken with your image during the weekend will be held to your signed consent or dissaproval prior to being used in any form of public media -such as promotional flyers, web site graphics, etc. The media release form may be individually downloaded here.
